After releasing his new single, “Mr. Put That Shit On” few weeks ago, CyHi delivers the accompanying music video.
In his self-directed clip, CyHi’s centered on a farm where he portrays a scarecrow tact to a cross, a jheri-curled host on the red carpet of an award show, and during an interview resembling The Joe Budden Podcast.
“Amiri, Yves Saint Laurent coat, side note / Must bе on heroin thinking they don’t fear thе God flow,” raps CyHi as Push, who does not appear in the clip, assists on the hook. CyHi continues, “Virgil Abloh, I’m rocking on Aeropostale / Nigo, Kenzo, model, Phoebe, I don’t follow / I wear Riccardo, got Tisci inside my cargo / Fendi button down, they thought I was Pablo in Narcos.
“Mr. Put That Shit On” is the latest offering off CyHi’s highly-anticipated album, The Story of Mr. EGOT, the long-awaited follow-up to his 2017 album, No Dope On Sundays.
