In a new interview, NBA Youngboy, shares his own perspective, calling the music industry demonic.
NBA Youngboy’s musical journey is one that is exciting and almost unreal. Since his 2018 mainstream single “Outside Today,” hit the airwaves, his cult following grew overnight. Following up with three consecutive number one projects including 38 Baby 2 and Top, he broke records topping the charts all of 2020. His long list of collaborations include Future, DaBaby, Lil Baby, Snoop Dogg, Juice WRLD and others. Aside from his unique sound and dedicated fanbase, his personal lifestyle choices keep NBA Youngboy in the spotlight. With a long history of charges and incarceration, his musical career is constantly overshadowed adding to his unpredictable persona.
Currently on house arrest for the past year, the Baton Rouge star spoke with Complex Magazine at his home in Salt Lake, Utah. In a segment titled “At Home With NBA Youngboy,” he speaks about choosing the industry and accepting the lifestyle. The interview also includes a raw recording session and mini tour of his home.
