B.G. returns to studio after serving 11 years in prison
Two weeks ago, B.G. was released from prison after serving 11 years in prison. At the time, he was incarcerated due to a gun possession case. As a result, he went on to be welcomed back by Cash Money Records mogul Birdman, who initially signed B.G. in the late 90s. Furthermore, Birdman also recently revealed that B.G. is back on the label again.
Moreover, this past weekend, B.G. teased a new project coming soon. This is the third installment of his “The Heart Of The Streets” series. The New Orleans rapper revealed that it’s “coming sooner than you think.” The previous Heart Of The Streets project dropped way back in March of 2006.
Meanwhile, B.G. is showing that he’s hard at work with releasing new music. He took to his Instagram feed to show himself in the studio, and getting new songs out. B.G. added that it was the first time he was recording inside a studio in over 13 years. This is also part of his plan to release 7-8 new projects in the near future, in total.
